Remember that song from the “Sound of Music”? That was the best movie of all time. I’m so proud of myself. I just created this blog all by myself. Now that might not mean much to most of you but its a big deal to me.
I was so tired of getting stuck on my current website with all its limitations that I just had to break out. As you are aware I wrote a book that involves history which I find fascinating. That’s because I didn’t care about history in school but came to appreciate it in my adult life. The book is called Our Lady of Victory: the Saga of an African-American Catholic Community and I have been promoting it for quite sometime.
My plan is to write another book addressing health and how I dealt with my own crisis. I am motivated to help others not have to go through what I went through. Some of you met me when I did my first ever blog tour and that kind of motivated me to finally create this new blog.
I’m thinking of a title for the new book. Its going to be a book that is short and to the point. Then I intend to go out on speaking engagements to communicate and educate those who are willing to listen. Sadly I have lost friends because they didn’t have time to listen. I’m glad that I was always willing to listen and as a result I found lots of angels along the way who helped me to find vibrant health.
More on this topic is forthcoming.

I can’t believe I finally did it. Its just like when I tried to drive a stick shift. Only because my best friend was able to drive and I couldn’t let her outdo me. I tried numerous times but once I decided I was going to do it I just did it. I got in that car, looked straight ahead and felt it. I felt the drive and was able to put the stick in gear while maneuvering those darn paddles at the same time. I didn’t look at what I was doing, just felt it in my mind as I looked ahead. No more jerking down the street. Nonnie you are too funny.
