I love old buildings and history. That's why I ended up writing about the history that surrounded me all of my life - "Our Lady of Victory, the Saga of an African-American Catholic Community." Plus our church had closed and the school is torn down, so I felt it was imperative that we preserve the history or it would be lost forever.

    So glad for them, Shirley. They’ve had to deal with so much hatred. I’m glad to hear about their Netflix deal too.

      I am very happy. What the haters don’t know is that when they hate on celebrities that we really like, they are hating on us. There has been such a backlash against the UK and the trashy tabloids that I think its having a positive affect on Meghan and Harry’s popularity. They just keep on pouring out the hate like rabid dogs and now they look foolish.
