Rave Reviews Book Club

To get a full feel of the what the book club expects, requires and provides, visit their FAQ.

A quick rundown:

About Shirley Harris-Slaughter

I love old buildings and history. That's why I ended up writing about the history that surrounded me all of my life - "Our Lady of Victory, the Saga of an African-American Catholic Community." I went to B& N after you told me you bought it there and now I have a link to it on my site under “About Author” tab. I got kind of careless over time but you are whipping me back in shape. Thanks Ernesto.

Oh that’s so wonderful of you. After you told me you were going to buy it, I tried to promote the fact that I have autographed copies but they have to be ordered from me. I have to do a better job of promoting. I hope you enjoy it as much as Nonnie did. Did you read her review? Is nook part of B&N? I haven’t been over there in such a long time. Have to get my act together. Thank you so much for your support.

  4. Hi Shirley. I purchased Our Lady of Victory today for Nook. 🙂
